The SMDP roles are designed to establish and cultivate the skills necessary to succeed in a Sales and Marketing career with Black & Decker. The first position as a Sales & Marketing Specialist will give you the background knowledge of our company and our competition, as well as operations in one of our largest customers. The Lowe’s Market Coordinator role focuses on driving sales in a large volume territory by utilizing marketing resources and managing relationships with key decision makers. The Home Depot Market Manager role focuses on business consultation and territory as well as employee management while providing strategic direction for key initiatives. The Field Marketing roles focus on our commercial and residential end users by identifying and developing strategic loyalty programs and acting as the liaison between our end users and product marketing. Successful candidates must have a four-year bachelor’s degree, great communication skills, proven leadership experiences, and a strong work ethic.
